First Steps

I am setting out to embark on a year-long journey around the world in search of adventure, discovery of my own past and the pasts of others, exotic cultures, skills in a new language and inspiration for my own writing. Right now, I have a general itinerary mapped out, but it will depend on how quickly I can sell my condo in Atlanta, among other things. Until then, I am going to share my discoveries of places here within the United States until it is time to leave these shores.
